Shipping Policy
Your order will be delivered within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please keep in mind that our products are handcrafted to order. During busy periods such as sales or holidays, processing times may be longer, but we will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
All packages are shipped via PostNL or DHL. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking link with all the relevant information to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.
In the event of a lost package, extended delivery times after dispatch, or any damage during transit, please contact us, and we will do everything we can to assist you.
We are not responsible for parcels left outside in extreme weather conditions or stolen after delivery. Please ensure that your delivery location is secure.
Return Policy
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Please note that our candles are handmade and may vary in appearance and color.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return the product within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your candle must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
